Fiberglass swimming pool

Fiberglass pools are usually no more than 16 ft wide, 40 ft long, and 8.5 ft deep. However, the best size for you depends on your yard, family size, and how you plan to use the pool. 

Fiberglass pools are manufactured using pre-designed molds, which limits the shapes and sizes available. However, there are many features that can be added to the basic design. 

There are different types of fiberglass pools, including small, medium, and large pools. Small pools are typically 300 sq ft or less, medium pools are around 420 sq ft, and large pools are around 560 sq ft. 

If you want to swim laps, you should choose a pool with a clearly defined swim lane and no steps or benches that could obstruct you.
